Twelve questions.

eight quiet minutes.

We don't take bookings. We read forms. Every answer below gets read by a human. If your texture fits the room, we'll write back. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.

The Storykeepers.
No reels. Just a book.

Five days on the Karavali coast in full monsoon — not for the coast, for the people the coast forgot. Fifteen travellers, five subjects, one printed book at the end of it. We bring an editor and a designer. You bring the curiosity. You don't come back with reels. You come back with something you can hold.

on the other side.

Most forms ask for credit cards. This one asks for character. Twelve questions. About eight minutes. The questions are the kind your closest friends might ask, not the kind a booking site would.

Drop 01 is full.
The room for The Storykeepers is closed. You can still fill the form below, and we'll roll you forward to Drop 02 · The Heist with priority. Early forms get read first when the next concept opens.
the basics
i.
What should we call you, and where are you flying from?
ii.
Phone and email.
The two channels we'll actually use if your form makes the room. Nothing else.
iii.
Age, roughly.
We don't sort by age. Just curious who's in the room.
your travel texture
iv.
What pulled you towards Drop 01?
One or two lines. No paragraphs needed.
v.
Tell us about a trip that genuinely surprised you.
What made it work? Could be last month or a decade ago.
vi.
When a plan falls apart mid-trip, you usually:
Pick the closest one. There's no wrong answer here.
vii.
The kind of traveler you'd struggle to share a room with.
Be honest. This is how we build the room.
viii.
Five days. Phones in a pouch. No Google Maps. Sealed envelopes every morning. How does that actually land for you?
If your stomach dropped a little, write that. We'd rather know now.
the practical bits
ix.
Are you applying solo, with a friend, or as a couple?
If not solo, the other person fills their own form. We read them as a pair.
x.
Anything off-the-form we should know?
Allergies, knee history, social wiring, dietary stuff. Tell us now, not on day one.
xi.
The Drop sits in a specific budget range we'll share if you're in. Roughly, what's your shape:
xii.
One last thing. What would you rather come home with from this trip?
Pick one. Or write your own at the end.

Now we read.

Every form gets read by a human. Slowly. We're not matching you to keywords, we're building a room. Expect a note in five to seven days. If you're in, you'll get an invitation with the dates and the cost. If you're not in for this one, we'll tell you that, and keep your form on file for the next Drop where the fit is better.

i.
No autobot reply will land in your inbox. Macha sees the form arrive in real time — just a person on the other side, reading it slowly.
ii.
You'll hear back in five to seven days, either way. Reply lands from bonvoyage@travelwithmacha.com — add it to your contacts so it doesn't get filtered.
iii.
If it's a yes, you'll get the dates, the cost, and the next step. If it's a not-yet, we keep your form on file for the Drop where the fit is better.

Try again?

The form didn't make it through this time — something tripped on the way. Not your fault. Everything you wrote is still here, safe. Try sending it again, or write to us directly and we'll start the thread there.
